INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Individual therapy is a space where we meet you exactly where you are right now—and from there, work together to help you move forward, creating the life that feels most aligned with your best self. The clients that seem to be the best fit for this therapy are seeking support for anxiety, perfectionism, depression, childhood attachment/relational wounds, trauma, and life transitions.

A Holistic Approach

Therapy with me is a balance of mind, body, and soul. I believe that true healing comes from understanding and nurturing all parts of ourselves, not just focusing on one aspect in isolation.

Our work will be personalized to fit your unique needs, values, and experiences. This is your journey, and we will move at your pace.

No One-Size-Fits-All

Therapy with me is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Every person is unique, and our work together is thoughtfully tailored to reflect your individual needs, experiences, and goals.

In sessions, we may draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to explore and process emotions, and somatic-based practices to reconnect with the body and notice how emotions are held physically. We may also incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work to explore different aspects of yourself with curiosity and compassion, creating greater understanding and inner harmony.

By integrating the mind, body, and emotional experience, this collaborative approach supports meaningful insight, self-acceptance, and lasting change—helping you move forward with greater clarity and balance.

Parent and Caregiver Support and Empowerment

Being a parent or caregiver during challenging times can feel overwhelming, especially when supporting a child with mental health struggles or navigating difficult dynamics at home.

Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) is a powerful tool that helps parents understand and respond to their child's emotional needs while also strengthening their own emotional resilience.

 Emotion-Focused Family Therapy

In EFFT, the focus is on empowering parents and caregivers to become more confident and effective in their role, while also improving communication and emotional connection within the family. This approach helps parents:

Navigate challenging behaviors with compassion and clarity

Support emotional regulation for both themselves and their child

Build a more connected, responsive relationship with their child, based on understanding their emotions and needs

Develop strategies to manage stress and strengthen family dynamics

Parenting isn’t easy, especially when it comes to mental health challenges, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support and empower you with the tools you need to create a more peaceful, emotionally balanced home environment.
