The Approach
I believe in an integrative approach to therapy—one that honors the mind-body connection. Our thoughts, emotions, and bodies are deeply interconnected, and healing requires us to pay attention to all parts of ourselves.

The relationship between a therapist and client is one of the most important parts of the therapy process. For that reason, I strive to be my most authentic self in every session. You can expect a space where you’re not just a client—you’re a person, and you’ll be treated as such. I work to build trust, create a sense of safety, and offer a non-judgmental, trauma-informed environment where we can explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.
